| Delivery Schedule All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. Shipping Information Shipping is currently available to the UK only. Orders will be shipped with CityLink via regular surface postage, usually being delivered within 7 days from dispatch. Orders up to £150 are subject to a £4.95 shipping fee. Orders over £150 are shipped free of charge. Returns & Refunds We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange goods or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. For sale and special offer items we will issue a credit note. Our normal returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. Return of Faulty Goods If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us, together with a note explaining what you believe the problem to be. Once we receive the goods, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
